Born and raised in Corfe Castle in the Isle of Purbeck, Kate Anson worked for 13 years as a Lettings Agent in the London Lettings Market – for 5 years as Assistant Manager of Chestertons Residential in Kensington, followed by 8 years as Lettings Manager of FW Gapp in Notting Hill Gate. During which time she dealt with a vast range of properties and took all relevant legal examinations to ensure the service was of the highest standard.

Purbeck Lettings has been established for over 5 years and is building a reputation for a very high standard of professional services. We always look to go the extra mile, it may sound corny but we do!

Purbeck Lettings has built a portfolio of properties in and around the Purbeck area and has excellent knowledge of the local property market both in lettings and sales

Over the past five years, we have built up a honest and reliable network of trade suppliers, so if there is work to be done you are not left hanging around waiting and possibly loosing revenue from an un-rentable property

Our Fees:

Rental Payments:
Calendar monthly or quarterly in advance by standing order.
Deposit
Equivalent to one and a half months’ rent to be held by the DPS.
Other Costs/Payments:
Non-refundable and payable by the Tenant:
  • · Tenancy Agreement (£100) this is per tenancy not per applicant
  • · Credit Check Reference (£30.00 per applicant)
VAT
Purbeck Lettings are currently not VAT registered so there will be no additional VAT charge on these fees.
At the end of the Tenancy:
The cost of the inventory check-out (between £70 and £120 depending on the size of the property and whether it is furnished or unfurnished)
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 we advise that Purbeck Lettings do not currently have Client Money Protection (CMP) Insurance in place.
